Author, Kevin Callan, will be presenting on a number of paddling routes easily accessible in Ontario’s near north, including The Magnetewan River, Noganosh Lake, Island Lake, Georgian Bay, Algonquin Park and the Kawartha Highlands. These routes and many more are highlighted in his recently updated book Top 60 Canoe Routes of Ontario.  Kevin will also be introducing his newest book Complete Guide to Winter Camping! Book sale and signing after the show!

Kevin Callan is the author of sixteen books, including the best-selling “The Happy Camper”, an incredibly popular series of paddling guide books, and his latest Complete Guide to Winter Camping. On a regular basis, he presents across North America and has been a key speaker at all the major canoe events for over 25 years.

Callan is also a frequent guest on radio and television, and columnist for Explore and Paddling Magazines. He also hosts his own CBC Radio show coast to coast titled “The Happy Camper”.
